​Our Study Fertility Choices ​is now recruiting!

You might be a right fit for the study if you:

• are between the ages of 18-40 (inclusive)​
• have been diagnosed with Early Breast Cancer
• have not started adjuvant therapy
• have easy access to the internet
• are interested in finding out more about fertility

​What will participation involve?

1. ​Complete the Baseline Questionnaire
2. Take a look at the Information Tool sent to you
3. Complete the 1 month Questionnaire
4. Complete 2 more questionnaires - at 6 months and at 12 months
